Terms & Conditions:

50% Deposit is due upon approval of your application. The remaining rental fee must be paid on the first day of your tenancy.

Once your application is accepted, you must send us a detailed inventory list.

​

Each item must have a price tag. Prices being Tax inclusive

 

You may use our available display items or you may bring your own (upon approval)

 

Your sales will be sent to you via E-transfer or cash every 2nd Tuesday or Monthly

 

We do not guarantee sales of your products. You are welcome to sell and promote your products as well as volunteer at the store at any time during the duration of your rental.

 

Our minimum space rental is 1 week ( 4 business days and 2 week end days)

In case of a fire or other emergencies, each vendor is eligible  for a $200 insurance. Higher insurance coverage is available (extra fee) please contact us for more information.

You are more than welcome to use The Locals as a pick up location for your custom and online orders. All orders must be properly labeled, packaged and paid for.
